Refund and Returns Policy
- Return Period
1.1. Customers must notify us of their intention to return a product within seven (7) working days of delivery.
1.2. Returns will only be accepted if:
- The product is in its original, unopened condition
- All original packaging and seals are intact
- A return authorisation has been obtained from our customer service team
- Return Process
2.1. To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service team within the 7-day period info@peptide-shop.co.uk
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return authorisation and shipping instructions
2.2. Returns must be shipped to us within five working days of receiving return authorisation.
- Product Condition
3.1. We cannot accept returns of:
- Opened or used products
- Products with damaged or missing seals
- Products not in their original packaging
- Products that have been tampered with in any way
3.2. This policy is in place to ensure product quality and safety.
- Refund Processing
4.1. Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days
- The original payment method will be refunded
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
4.2. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items
5.1. If you receive damaged or incorrect items:
- Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
- Do not open the product
- Keep all original packaging
- We will arrange collection and replacement
5.2. These cases will be handled as a priority and shipping costs will be covered by us.
- Exceptions
6.1. Special order or custom products may not be eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
6.2. During peak periods or holidays, return processing times may be extended.
- Consumer Rights
7.1. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer protection laws.
7.2. For items that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, your statutory rights provide additional protection beyond our standard returns period.
