Storage Guidelines

Reconstitution Steps
- Preparation:
- Use sterile, bacteriostatic water, or a buffer appropriate for your research.

- Concentration:
- Adjust the diluent volume based on the desired peptide concentration for your research needs.
- Excessive dilution can compromise peptide integrity and reduce effectiveness. To prevent fragmentation and breakdown of peptides, use 1 to 2.5 ml of solution for reconstitution unless related studies confirm that a higher volume is safe.
- Reconstitution:
- Allow both the peptide vial and the mixing solution (e.g., bacteriostatic water) to reach room temperature before mixing.
- Slowly add the diluent along the side of the vial to prevent foaming.
- Gently swirl the vial (do not shake) until the peptide is completely dissolved.
